Graphics & Multimedia Designer - Portfolio Required - Hybrid Role (2 Days onsite) - Locals Only

Job Description

• Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development
• Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications
• Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia
• Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project
• Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables
• Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations
• Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons
• Develop print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. - Moderately Complex/Varied
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals - Moderate analysis
• Collaborate with internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements
• Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in developing courses, graphic designs, and other technology-driven products
• Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills to juggle multiple projects at once

• Direct client requirement, no third parties
• Hybrid role - 2 days a week onsite in Vienna, VA; 3 days fully remote
• Duration: Long Term Ongoing Project with no defined end date
