Overview

Multimedia Designer – Portfolio Required – Hybrid Role (2 days onsite per week) in Vienna, VA. This is a direct client requirement with local candidates only.

Job Description

Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development. Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications. Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet learning outcomes using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia. Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project. Implement stakeholder feedback to deliverables. Create designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons. Develop and create print materials including agenda booklets, banners, signage, name tags, name tents, and other branding collateral. Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement processes, new applications, and system enhancements. Serve on teams and task groups for projects within the business unit and/or across the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement processes and system enhancements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
