Position
The Media Manager oversees media ingestion, storage, archiving, and asset management for T Studios. This role ensures that all media assets are properly ingested, organized, archived, and retrievable for use in internal and agency productions. By maintaining clarity, consistency, and technical standards across workflows, the Media Manager enables creative teams to focus on storytelling while ensuring the long-term integrity of T-Mobile's media library.

Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Media Production, Digital Asset Management, or related field. (Equivalent experience accepted.)
- 2+ years of experience with broadcast media workflows and large-scale storage systems. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of storage systems: On-premises shared storage/NAS, Cloud-based storage, Tape-based archival storage.
- Familiarity with media ingest, backup, and archival best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative and technical teams
- Problem-solving approach; ability to troubleshoot media and storage issues
- Excellent communication skills for technical coordination
- Adjust to a flexible schedule with occasional weekend shifts
- Occasional travel required

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $75,300 - $135,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
