About the Role

Rockwoods is seeking an experienced Digital Media Coordinator for a leading client in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data to drive campaign success across paid media channels. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite a week in Tysons Corner, Virginia. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion for Client products. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage data-driven, full-funnel paid campaigns across social media, display, and search channels to drive awareness, consideration, and conversions for the brand.
  • Optimize and oversee campaigns across Google, Bing, Microsoft Audience, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for ongoing paid search campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau; prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Research market trends and competitor strategies using Hootsuite, Conductor, and Competiscan to inform paid media strategies.
  • Lead integration of audience segmentation using 1st party data and 3rd party affiliates.
  • Ensure all paid media campaigns comply with financial services regulations (NCUA guidelines).
  • Review creative assets, provide design feedback, and manage tracking URLs for campaigns.
  • Manage monthly digital ad budgets across display, social, and paid search; handle invoices and pacing adjustments for Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Maintain monthly creative performance reviews and update campaign reporting.
  • Provide after-hours coverage/support for social, display, and search campaigns when needed.
  • Stay current on AI advancements and recommend strategies to enhance digital media efforts.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns across video, display, social, and paid search.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate campaign metrics effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
