Overview
Dollar Shave Club is expanding its international grooming portfolio with a disruptive, irreverent brand DNA. We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our Paid Media team. This role focuses on building media strategies, managing campaign execution, owning projects end-to-end, and testing to maximize ROI. You will partner with Paid Media leadership to own cross-channel strategy and execution, driving new customer growth.

Responsibilities
- Partner Up: Work with Paid Media leadership to develop and implement cross-channel strategies that meet or beat our goals.
- Take the Wheel: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners. Own end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns; ensure alignment, meticulous detail, and on-track progress.
- Watch the Numbers: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and determine what’s working and what’s not.
- Test and Learn: Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Stay Organized: Create and maintain organized documentation of campaign assets, test results, and strategy plans.
- Stay Curious: Continuously research and share the latest industry trends and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end campaign management, preferably for a DTC or subscription e-commerce brand.
- Big Budgets, No Problem: Managed paid media annual budgets of $5M+.
- Platform Pro: Deep understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads. Experience with CTV, programmatic display, and video is a plus.
- Creative Mind: Ability to map and organize creative variations by audience, campaign, and channel.
- Strategic Driver: Independently led cross-functional initiatives and driven strategic testing roadmaps.
- Tools of the Trade: Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube platforms.
- Analytics Savvy: Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and Motion; able to turn data into actionable insights and familiar with GTM.
Position Type
This is a full-time exempt position.
Work Environment
This position is in-office, based at our HQ in Durham, North Carolina, 4x per week.
Salary
$80,000-$95,000 + Bonus
