YTF equips participants with 21st-century skills in STEM, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy, while fostering creativity, problem-solving, and leadership. YTF serves youth, women, and girls in underserved and low-income communities primarily in Africa and rural communities in the United States, with a focus on those facing barriers to education, skills development, and economic opportunity.

Job Description
Njideka Harry, founder of YTF, was recently recognized for the EmpowHER Award from Microsoft and Women in Cloud. She is featured in "OPULIS: Women Powering Microsoft’s Trillion Dollar Shift". The global launch is planned for October.

Role
Njideka is seeking a dynamic, media-savvy partner to serve as her personal (volunteer) publicist during the OPULIS book campaign — helping amplify her story, secure publicity opportunities, and drive book sales with a goal of 4,000 pre-orders by October 20, 2025. In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with Njideka to craft and pitch media angles.
  • Coordinate interviews, features, and social media spotlights.
  • Leverage OPULIS campaign assets, media kits, and publicity frameworks.
  • Build momentum through targeted outreach and visibility events.
  • Align the personal brand and message with the broader mission to unlock $100K in AI scholarships for 1,000 women.

This is a high-energy, collaborative role perfect for someone who loves storytelling, media engagement, and making a measurable impact.
