Overview
Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist – NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company. Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Perform site walks, collaborate with city jurisdictions, and participate in design reviews.
- Ensure compliance with T-Mobile’s processes, standards, and deployment guidelines.
- Support NTW market initiatives with high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on expertise with Asset and other T-Mobile design tools.
- Proven ability to navigate T-Mobile processes and deliver independently.
- 3+ years of RF design/optimization experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
