Overview

Perspire Sauna Studio, located in Huebner Oaks, is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to join the leadership team. This role is for someone who is confident, self-motivated, results-oriented, and enjoys helping others feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Lead a consistently high-performing team, serving as a hands-on role model and providing ongoing feedback.
• Work with guests and deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.
• Mind the details and maintain operations to support high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team to meet or exceed sales and service goals; be prepared for validation of your results.
• A strong sense of urgency with the ability to inspire people.
• Open availability; locations operate early and late, 7 days a week.
• A history of excellence and a drive to never settle for “just OK.”
• Experience with MindBody and AXLE.
