Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa‑like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full‑time studio manager to join our leadership team in Perspire Sauna Studio in Huebner Oaks. If you are confident, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a consistently high‑performing team that wants to win; you’ll be a hands‑on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Working with guests all the time; this is not a non‑selling “office” job.
• Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals; we care about results so be prepared for us to validate yours.
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
• Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
• A history of excellence—a life story that shows you’re never satisfied with “just OK.”
• Experience with MindBody and AXLE.
