Position: Service Writer

Compensation: Earn $80K–$90K with commission. Pay includes:

• Hourly + Commission
• $80,000 – $90,000/year (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in the service department
• Write and manage work orders/estimates
• Communicate between customers, technicians, and management
• Keep customers informed during repairs
• Deliver outstanding customer service every time

A Day in the Life

• Be the friendly face customers meet when they bring in their RV or boat for service
• Greet customers and listen carefully to their concerns and service needs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
• Keep customers updated throughout the process
• Confirm completion and celebrate when their RV or boat is ready for the next adventure

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Service writer, automotive, RV, or marine experience a plus (not required)
