Social Media

Work with agencies to assist in the creation of social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target renters to property sites and generate leads and interaction Leverage LinkedIn as a professional network and content hub for employee recruiting in coordination with the recruiting department Implement social media SEO tactics aligned with property keywords and SEO strategies Conduct competitive analysis studies Design/Engagement

Prepare work by gathering information and materials from community managers, regional managers, clients and Marketing VP Plan concepts for future marketing themes Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy (size, type, style) Obtain concept and pricing approvals from VP or regional manager Prepare final layouts of finished copy and art Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects Contribute to team efforts by participating in events Collaborate with New Business Development to prepare presentations Skills and Qualifications

Graphic design skills, layout skills, creative services, customer focus, creativity, flexibility, deadline-oriented, desktop publishing tools, acute vision, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint. Analytics/ Advertising/ Feeds

Set up new properties in the Pegasus CRM program and apply tracking to advertising sources for each property Analyze ad campaigns and advertising effectiveness using the Pegasus CRM Recommend advertising channels and budget adjustments Create content for property ad syndication across ILS channels Create content for new community websites Analyze SEO/SEM campaigns and Google Analytics results Meet with ownership groups to interpret advertising effectiveness Collaborate with marketing/operations to research new products and procedures COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of 2 years experience as a marketing manager in multifamily Self-directed and proactive, able to work independently with broad guidelines Build teamwork and cooperation among individuals and departments Effective communication skills, listening actively and providing clear information Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset; ability to develop marketing/sales ideas aligned with community needs Highly motivated and adaptable Flexible in travel and long-term assignments as needed Attention to detail and adherence to company standards Education and/or Experiences

Relevant experience with analytics and marketing platforms; familiarity with Google Analytics, data-driven marketing, and property management tools may be applicable (example tools listed: KNOCK, Google Analytics, Onesite, Yardi, Facebook for Business, Professional Communication and Presence, Knowledge of Apartment ILS Providers).
