In addition, The Marketing & Community Relations Director will ensure all marketing, advertising and public relations efforts are in alignment with the Hospitals brand and strategic plan in order to advance the Hospitals mission and vision

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or community relations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, content creation, and analytics.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints.
- Knowledge of and adherence to applicable state and federal laws and regulations in healthcare marketing and communications.
- High ethical standards, commitment to confidentiality, and alignment with River Hospital's mission and values.
Preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulatory frameworks related to marketing and communications (e.g., HIPAA).
- Experience serving as a media spokesperson or in public-facing communications roles.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and design platforms.
- Demonstrated success in community engagement and outreach initiatives.
