This is an onsite role based out of our offices in Doral, FL. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.
Position Summary
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays a key role on the Marketing team, supporting the strategy, planning, and execution of influencer campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries. This role requires a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, excellent project management skills, and a passion for social-first storytelling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, culturally driven environment.
Areas of Responsibility
Influencer Research & Outreach
- Identify, vet, and maintain relationships with influencers that align with campaign goals, client expectations, and brand values.
- Support outreach strategy, pitch development, and influencer communication across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update an internal influencer CRM/database with talent profiles, performance metrics, and prior collaborations.
Campaign Execution & Deliverables
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution including contracts, timelines, product seeding, and content deliverables.
- Manage logistics for content production, usage rights, and FTC compliance.
- Act as a liaison between influencers and internal teams (creative, legal, strategy, and events) to ensure seamless activation.
Tracking, Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using internal tools and platform analytics.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Support post-campaign recaps with performance insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Trend Spotting & Social Listening
- Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer trends across platforms and categories.
- Regularly surface insights, talent recommendations, and creative content examples to inspire clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to creative brainstorms, campaign planning, and pitch development as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media (internships included).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with reporting and data tracking tools (e.g., Sprout, CreatorIQ, Tagger, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with influencer management platforms a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
