Responsibilities:
- Research and identify influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and emerging social channels.
- Evaluate influencers for alignment with brand values, audience engagement, and authenticity.
- Monitor social media trends and emerging creators to expand the influencer pool.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer efforts into larger campaign strategies and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with influencers, ensuring clear deliverables and mutual benefits.
- Maintain ongoing communication with influencers to build lasting partnerships and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop strategies to match influencers with campaigns based on audience behavior and brand positioning.
- Stay informed about changes in social media platforms and industry tools to enhance campaign innovation.
- Analyze and report the performance of influencer collaborations using analytics platforms.
- Provide creative guidance to influencers to ensure content aligns with brand goals and messaging consistency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience sourcing, vetting, and managing influencers for successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies across various influencer tiers.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CreatorIQ, Tagger, HypeAuditor, Aspire IQ, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and drive insights.
- Familiarity with social media strategy, including trend analysis and content curation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building influencer partnerships.
- Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
