We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the public image of our organization while promoting our brand values and goals. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns that highlight our services, initiatives, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies
• Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets
• Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate public relations events, such as press conferences and community outreach
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of media relations and communication strategies
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
