We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to define and own Superform’s marketing strategy and external presence across media, brand, community, and events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set vision, execute campaigns, and ensure Superform’s brand is front-and-center in the next wave of onchain adoption. What You’ll Do

Lead the marketing strategy for the $UP token, Superform products, and the app, building recognition across DeFi and mainstream finance

Build and manage a content engine across blogs, social threads, explainers, and thought leadership to translate complex DeFi into clear, compelling narratives.

Expand Superform’s presence in unique distribution channels including X, Telegram, TikTok, podcasts, and YouTube

Plan roadmaps for events, sponsorships, hackathons, and co-marketing activations with partners, including representing Superform at conferences

Manage external agencies, including PR, creatives, and marketing partners to drive results

Who You Are

4+ years in Web3, fintech, or consumer marketing with a track record of growing B2C apps

Deeply crypto native and understand DeFi culture, stablecoins, and why decentralization matters

A strategic operator with a full-stack marketing skill set from brand, PR, campaigns, partnerships to growth analytics

Exceptional communicator and storyteller able to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives for different audiences

Highly organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments

Comfortable leading within a small, distributed, zero-to-one team

Able to overlap 9 am–1 pm EST

Nice to Have

Experience leading marketing for tokens and major product releases

Strong network of journalists, influencers, and creators across crypto/finance

Familiarity with event sponsorships, brand partnerships, and co-marketing

Prior experience scaling an early-stage protocol or consumer app

Belief in aliens
