Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity. Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) that align with marketing goals. Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is free of errors and aligns with branding guidelines. Engage in public relations efforts to build relationships with influencers and industry leaders. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and best practices in social media management. Skills Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement. Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating compelling visuals. Knowledge of video editing techniques to produce engaging video content for various platforms. Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with followers, influencers, and stakeholders. Ability to conduct web analytics to assess the impact of digital marketing efforts on overall business objectives. Solid understanding of branding principles to maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms. Experience in content creation that drives engagement through storytelling and visual appeal. Familiarity with e-commerce strategies that leverage social media for sales growth.
