Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive expertise in Siemens DI Connectivity products and solutions Serve as the primary technical evangelist, articulating unique value propositions to customers and partners (internal and external) Provide expert guidance on product capabilities and technology roadmaps Stay current with industry trends and competitive offerings Participate actively throughout the Siemens Engagement Model from identification to negotiation Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer use cases Lead Vision Setting and Scoping Workshops demonstrating solution value Deliver compelling presentations positioning Siemens DI offerings as the optimal choice Support proof of concept implementations showcasing portfolio capabilities Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer-centric Digital Thread solutions Contribute technical expertise to RFP responses and solution designs Develop use case initiatives demonstrating portfolio value Partner with Account Managers on account-specific expansion strategies Work with Solution Partners and Integrators to ensure successful implementations Identify new opportunities for portfolio adoption within existing and prospective accounts Leverage market intelligence tools to identify potential customers Conduct Digital Maturity Assessments to identify digitalization opportunities Apply consultative selling methodologies to create new perspectives with customers Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Deep technical knowledge of industrial communications and connectivity solutions Proven experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles Strong understanding of industrial automation and digitalization concepts Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience) Legal authorization to work in the United States permanently without company sponsorship now or in the future Desirable Experience
Experience with Siemens DI portfolio products Knowledge of wireless and wired communications technologies Understanding of industrial networking and cybersecurity Experience in manufacturing or process industries About Siemens and Inclusion
