Responsibilities

Work as part of a team in Morgan Online to support the use of the learning management system (LMS) Canvas.

Collaborate in designing, developing, and maintaining online, remote, hybrid, and enhanced learning experiences across various disciplines.

Ensure courses and content meet Universal Design for Learning and accessibility standards. Assist in evaluating and improving online courses based on Quality Matters standards.

Research emerging technologies, evolving standards, new applications, and online learning tools for evaluation and implementation. Track, prioritize, and communicate about multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Participate in campus-wide initiatives and projects. Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Education A Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university is required.

Experience A minimum of 5 years of instructional design experience in higher education, corporate, government, or nonprofit settings is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.

Quality Matters certification (APPQMR, Peer Reviewer, or Master Reviewer).

Experience in workforce development, credentialing, or professional training design.
