What Will You Do? As our VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth and brand excellence. You’ll:

Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across our hotel portfolio.

Build Strategy: Develop and execute portfolio-wide sales, revenue, and marketing strategies that hit topline targets.

Elevate Talent: Identify, train, and empower sales leaders and GMs to strengthen property-level accountability.

Champion the Brand: Oversee branding, digital marketing, and social media execution across all properties.

Leverage Tech: Drive CRM system optimization and adoption of platforms like Delphi, Cvent, Sertifi, and more.

Own Results: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking — while providing hands-on revenue management support.

Grow Business: Build relationships, lead RFPs, oversee campaigns, and uncover new business opportunities.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit? Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.

10+ years of progressive hotel sales & marketing leadership experience.

5+ years in executive or multi-property leadership roles.

Skills & Expertise:

Proven success driving revenue growth and developing strong teams.

Deep knowledge of hotel revenue management and sales strategies.

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales platforms.

Strong digital marketing, branding, and social media expertise.

Soft Skills:

Inspirational leader with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Motivator who thrives on collaboration and innovation.
