Overview:
We are hiring a full-time digital marketing specialist who can execute SEO, backlink strategy, content writing, social media management, and graphic design. This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for creating and managing our digital presence across platforms, writing content, building backlinks, designing graphics, scheduling posts, and tracking performance. What You'll Do: Optimize website pages with strong on-page SEO practices including meta tags, internal links, and clean structure Use tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword tracking, audits, and performance reporting Build high-quality backlinks through manual outreach to relevant, reputable sites Monitor backlinks and maintain site health using Google Search Console Write SEO-optimized content including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions Publish and format all content in WordPress
Create and manage visual content for marketing use
Design graphics for social media, ads, email, and website use Ensure all creative assets align with brand style and marketing objectives Maintain a consistent visual presence across all platforms
Manage all day-to-day social media tasks
Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter Write captions and monitor engagement Respond to customer questions, comments, and messages Support basic paid post boosting if needed Keep a consistent post calendar that aligns with brand goals Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, content, backlink strategy, and design Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Proven backlink building strategies and examples from previous roles Ability to write content that is SEO-optimized and clear Comfortable using WordPress to publish and format content Demonstrated graphic design experience with portfolio Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking Capable of managing multiple projects independently and consistently meeting deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60, $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Nashua, NH Required) Ability to Relocate: Nashua, NH 03062: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
