Our client, a leader in the fintech industry, is hiring a Senior HR Content Strategist to join their team in San Diego, CA! MUST HAVE SERVICENOW EXPERIENCE
This is a
10-month W2 contract
with benefits and paid holidays offered! As a Senior Content Strategist, you will design intuitive and strategic experiences across HR products and services. Youll collaborate with the lead Experience Designer to craft seamless employee journeys, simplify complex processes, and drive human-centered solutions that deliver measurable value. A key part of your role will be auditing current HR systems to identify gaps, opportunities, and content improvements that enhance usability and engagement. Responsibilities: Conduct audits of HR systems and content to uncover gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement content strategies that simplify processes, improve clarity, and enhance employee journeys. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate audit findings into actionable content frameworks, guidelines, and resources. Requirements: 5+ years as a Content Strategist. Experience with ServiceNow and HR platforms. Experience with audits, frameworks, and user-centered content. Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
