Overview Technical Recruiting Specialist at Motion Recruitment Our client, a leader in the fintech industry, is hiring a Senior HR Content Strategist to join their team in San Diego, CA. MUST HAVE SERVICENOW EXPERIENCE. This is a 10-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered. Responsibilities Conduct audits of HR systems and content to uncover gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement content strategies that simplify processes, improve clarity, and enhance employee journeys. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate audit findings into actionable content frameworks, guidelines, and resources. Qualifications 5+ years as a Content Strategist. Experience with ServiceNow and HR platforms. Experience with audits, frameworks, and user-centered content. Compensation Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $69.00/hr Employment type Contract (10-month W2) with benefits and paid holidays.
