Qualifications
10+ years of internal communications and content strategy experience, preferably at a major public company. You’ve been the strategic voice behind execs at Fortune 2000+ organizations with 2,000+ employees minimum.
Ghostwriting for the C-suite. Written as a CDO, CTO, or CEO with a voice, tone, and timing aligned to the audience.
Fluent in corporate strategy speak. Communicated business priorities and key initiatives to employee-facing audiences and fostered engagement.
Matrixed-org ninja. Navigated silos and stakeholders with grace, influence, and a focus on moving the needle.
Deck-savvy and newsletter-ready. Thinks in slides, builds clean narratives, and can launch internal newsletters from scratch.
Systems builder, not slot-filler. Stands up repeatable workflows, templates, asset libraries, and editorial rhythms.
Exceptionally high EQ. Reads subtle cues, anticipates needs, and understands how to read a room without words.
Established consultant. Brings polish, pace, and perspective of someone engaged to make things better, ideally operating independently.
