Jackola Engineering and Architecture in Vancouver, Washington is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role you will oversee the creation of compelling proposals, digital and print marketing materials, and social media campaigns while ensuring alignment with the firm’s business goals. This role requires a professional with an understanding of the AEC industry, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a deadline-driven environment, collaborating with technical teams, and effectively communicating the firm’s value proposition to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the proposal development process, including writing, editing, and coordinating responses to RFQs/RFPs.
  • Lead the firm’s branding and messaging efforts to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, presentations, and website updates.
  • Support internal and external communications, including press releases, award submissions, and project articles.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to craft compelling content that highlights the firm’s expertise and differentiators.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the AEC industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with experience crafting proposals and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, CRM platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
