Overview The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for managing menu board strategy, merchandising creative, and marketing campaign execution for Vicky Bakery offline and in-stores. This role also collaborates with the innovation team to develop, pitch, and launch new menu offerings that align with brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of in-store merchandising in alignment with the annual promotional calendar, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Oversee menu board strategy, food photography, creative development, and implementation of marketing assets. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design and execute cohesive, cross-channel campaigns. Ensure ongoing alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Calendar, Brand Management, Analytics, Operations, Digital, and Content. Monitor trends and identify opportunities to leverage cultural moments, working closely with social and marketing leads to generate earned media. Manage agency and vendor partnerships to deliver high-quality menu board content and other merchandising elements. Oversee the end-to-end process of campaign vision, pitching, and execution, working in partnership with internal teams and agencies to ensure excellence in delivery. Partner with franchisees to create and execute local store marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales. Develop toolkits, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent brand execution across all locations. Leverage customer feedback, market research, and loyalty data to inform campaign strategy and menu innovation. Ensure brand messaging and creative resonate with target audiences while maintaining consistency across touchpoints. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or related disciplines. Proven ability to manage agencies and vendors, with prior experience in-house settings strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; adept at time management and critical thinking. Ability to build and foster relationships, motivate cross-functional teams, and influence outcomes. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and ability to quickly learn additional applications. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrates the ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines. Experience in franchise or restaurant industries, particularly QSR or fast-casual, is highly desirable. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with a proactive and adaptable work style.
