Overview
Marketing Coordinator (USA) role at Black Sheep Coffee. Based in the Miami, Florida office, the role supports marketing initiatives for both corporate and franchise stores, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, new shop openings, and local activations across multiple states. You will work with the Head of Marketing, US store teams, and local agencies to ensure each customer touchpoint reflects the brand identity and values. Responsibilities
Local & Store-Level Marketing Support: act as the main marketing point of contact for US corporate and franchise stores; tailor materials and campaigns to the US audience. Coordinate new shop openings (NSO) marketing with on-brand campaigns, promotional materials, and local awareness activities. Partner with local printers and suppliers to deliver marketing assets on time and to standard. Campaign & Content Support: plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for the US market (digital, social, PR, in-store activations). Collaborate with social media teams and local agencies to create content for US audiences. Manage the US marketing calendar, supporting seasonal menu rollouts, promotions, and events. Brand Awareness & Influencer Engagement: identify and manage relationships with US influencers, coordinate product send-outs, and drive collaborations. Track competitor activity and US market trends to inform coffee, QSR, and lifestyle marketing efforts. Marketing Materials & Performance Tracking: create US-specific marketing materials (POS assets, digital campaigns, flyers) and monitor campaign performance to inform future strategies. E-Commerce & Market Insight: assist store re-orders with Supply Chain and update the US website; produce trend reports and competitor analyses to spotlight opportunities state by state. About You
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, QSR, or hospitality (internships count). Strong written and verbal communication with ability to adapt messaging for a US audience. Proficiency with social media platforms and e-marketing tools (Sprout, Braze, or similar tools a plus). Creative eye with some design knowledge; Adobe Suite experience is advantageous. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about coffee, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. Benefits
