Lead the development and execution of automated email workflows and ad-hoc campaigns based on customer behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages Work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Design to develop marketing strategies aligned with broader business objectives Partner with analytics teams to understand campaign performance and implement data-based hypotheses to inform new experiments Analyze campaign trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization Tailor strategies for international markets, ensuring a localized approach resonates with regional audiences while maintaining a consistent global brand voice Collaborate with data science to integrate models into the customer lifecycle for enhanced segmentation and personalization Oversee the technical execution of campaign deployment and explore new marketing technologies, platforms, and channels Qualifications

2-3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing lifecycle campaigns, focused on optimizing down-funnel metrics (conversion, revenue, etc.) Analytical with a structured approach to solving problems; comfortable with drawing conclusions from large data sets Experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Mailchimp, or similar CRM systems) AB testing knowledge and experience Experience working cross-functionally to generate insights and develop testing ideas Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with the agility to balance multiple priorities Experience across both B2C and B2B email marketing strategies is a strong plus. Experience across a two-sided marketplace or e-commerce is a strong plus. Excel and SQL knowledge is a plus. Salary & Benefits Location: San Francisco & New York City. The pay range for this role is $117,000 to $160,500 per year. This role is eligible for equity and benefits. Base pay is determined based on transferable skills, experience, market demands, and primary work location; the range may change in the future. Hybrid Faire employees go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Starting January 2026, employees will be expected to go into the office on a third flex day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Hybrid roles may have remote work up to 4 weeks per year. Some roles may require onsite attendance 5 days per week; this will be indicated in the posting. Applications are accepted for a minimum of 30 days from the posting date.
