Job Summary
RAM Mounts is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join our internal web team, responsible for the web presence of our brand. Although we are a small team, we work at a fast pace on critical projects that reach customers around the world. This role will focus on building and maintaining our Shopify e-commerce storefront, API integrations, Ruby on Rails middleware, and custom web features and applications that enhance the customer experience.

Job Summary
RAM Mounts is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join our internal web team, responsible for the web presence of our brand. Although we are a small team, we work at a fast pace on critical projects that reach customers around the world. This role will focus on building and maintaining our Shopify e-commerce storefront, API integrations, Ruby on Rails middleware, and custom web features and applications that enhance the customer experience.
Specific Duties
- Develop and maintain responsive e-commerce websites, with a focus on Shopify theme development and customizations.
- Build and support API integrations between Shopify, ERP, and other business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members including designers, marketing personnel, and project managers to deliver high-quality web experiences.
- Implement website updates, page creation, maintenance, and support requests.
- Assist with search engine optimization for site content and landing pages.
- Ensure website meets best practices for mobile, desktop, and accessibility.
- Contribute ideas on new technologies, tools, and approaches to improve workflows.
- Support data handling for product information, search, navigation, and collections.
- Participate in technical discussions around project requirements and implementation.
- Maintain and extend Ruby on Rails middleware applications and supporting APIs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and supporting data sync pipelines between ERP, Shopify, and other systems.
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of professional web development experience.
- Experience with Shopify Liquid, theme development, and Shopify APIs (GraphQL).
- Proficiency with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, HTML5, Liquid, and CSS/Tailwind.
- Experience with relational/object databases such as SQL Server or Postgres.
- Familiarity with standard web workflow tools: Git, JIRA, Figma, Adobe tools (for prototyping/design handoff).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console tools.
- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker) workflows is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify metafields, scripts/functions, and checkout extensibility is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
