We're hiring a Community Manager to lead operations at one of our garden-style properties, Dunwoody Glen, a 512 unit community! This is your opportunity to make a real difference in a community you'll be proud to represent.

Leasing & Resident Experience
  • Be the first point of contact for future residents-give tours, answer questions, and create lasting first impressions.
  • Manage the full leasing process-from application to move-in
  • Respond quickly to resident concerns and ensure service follow-up
  • Coordinate move-ins/outs and track satisfaction surveys
  • Build and maintain resident connections through digital platforms and on-site interactions
Financials & Reporting
  • Manage rent collection, accounts payable/receivable, and security deposits
  • Follow company policies for delinquent accounts and legal actions
  • Review financial performance and prepare weekly/monthly reporting
  • Track budget variances and support reforecasting when needed
Marketing & Outreach
  • Promote the property online and locally to maintain occupancy
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
  • Help develop resident events and engage the community on social media
  • Represent the property and brand in a polished and professional way
Team & Operations Support
  • Partner with maintenance and leasing to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion
  • Enforce community rules and maintain building standards
  • Support special projects and regional initiatives as needed
Qualifications

Compensation: 75,000 - 85,000 / year based on experience
  • plus quarterly performance based bonuses
  • plus $3,000 sign-on bonus
Who We're Looking For:
  • Experienced Property Manager: 3+ years of on-site leadership in residential property management
  • Financially Savvy: Comfortable with financial reports, budget tracking, and collections
  • Service-Driven: Committed to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction
  • Communicative & Collaborative: A clear communicator who works well with teams and residents
  • Organized & Reliable: You follow through, stay on schedule, and solve problems before they escalate
  • Bonus if Certified: CAM, ARM, or Accredited Manager certifications a plus (but not required)
