Randstad Digital is seeking a pioneering Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the dynamic and fast-paced world of digital creative and marketing technology. This is a crucial role for a hunter with a strategic mindset, responsible for propelling new direct hire business and positioning Randstad Digital as a leader in this exciting niche. What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, your day will be spent on the front lines of business development, with a focus on:

  • Business Development & Prospecting (60%): Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new direct hire business opportunities within the digital creative and MarTech ecosystem. This means you\'ll be engaging with digital agencies, in-house creative teams, and companies building the next generation of marketing tools.
  • Client Engagement & Sales Process Activities (25%): Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers. You\'ll craft compelling proposals and deliver powerful presentations that showcase our ability to source top talent for roles like UX designers, product marketers, content creators, and marketing data analysts.
  • Revenue Performance Management (15%): Take full ownership of your book of business, ensuring all client relationships and sales activities lead to sustained growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map the digital ecosystem: Leverage your industry expertise to strategically plan and execute on a territory, targeting high-growth companies in digital and MarTech.
  • Ignite conversations: Use a multi-channel approach—from social selling on LinkedIn and cold calling, to networking and referrals—to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Dive into the creative community: Actively participate in industry events, professional associations, and networking activities to generate leads and solidify your reputation as a go-to expert.
  • Seal the deal: Confidently negotiate and close service agreements, contracts, and fee structures for new accounts, with a clear focus on the value proposition of direct hire services.
  • Collaborate and deliver: Partner with our dedicated recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction on every placement.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services specifically within the digital creative or marketing technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and a true hunter mentality.
  • The ability to connect with decision-makers at all levels, from marketing directors to CTOs.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, backed by a track record of successful conversions and exceeding sales targets.
  • A natural entrepreneurial spirit and a high-energy approach to your work.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and social selling platforms.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

Pay Rate: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
