Seasonal Operations Associate - Fresno Fashion Fair at JCPenney. This role involves performing operations functions within the store to create an outstanding customer experience. This is an early morning position working with the task team prior to store opening. Seasonal hires have a defined employment period, with potential for extension or regular position based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: operate in a fast-paced store environment, assist customers with questions or requests, and provide excellent service.
• Executes pricing and signing: adjust ticket prices and signage across the store efficiently.
• Replenish and restock: monitor stock levels, pull and prepare merchandise to ensure styles and sizes are available on the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise: collaborate with team to unload shipments and stock backroom.
• Backroom standards: maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Online order pickup: locate and fulfill online orders placed on jcp.com.
• Merchandise strategy: place merchandise according to leadership plans and maintain merchandising standards to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Participate in a learning environment: absorb new information from peers or training materials.
