What You'll Achieve
- Independently owns publisher partnerships, including some of the world’s biggest CTV / streaming, online video and display partners.
- Conducts QBRs, providing insights into the partnership, performance tips and to strengthen our Publisher relationships.
- Discuss and analyses industry trends through conversations with publisher partners which in turn helps develop overall publisher strategy and educates our teams on best practices or future products.
- Serves as an expert on GumGum’s CTV products, publisher integrations, tools and platforms.
- Identifies and provide solutions in account management duties and processes.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, especially premium video and CTV, to shape and drive strategy.
- Escalates inbound technical issues to Solutions Engineers as needed while managing external partner communications & expectations.
- Monitors daily reporting to proactively identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities, and present them externally to help drive new revenue via upsells.
- Fully supports publisher onboarding implementations - working closely with GumGum’s solutions engineering and partner management teams.
- Manages additional projects aimed at building first-class processes and systems that not only support our clients effectively but also explore opportunities to automate tasks or leverage AI to improve day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with publisher partners across CTV, streaming, online video, and display.
- Represent GumGum as the primary point of contact for a subset of premium publisher accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement publisher programs and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar experience
- 4+ years experience in digital media/ad tech, with exposure to a network, exchange, or SSP environment
- Experience working with CTV/streaming partners
- Experience in an account management role within ad tech creating solutions on behalf of clients.
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to analyze data to spot trends
- Familiarity with the media industry, digital advertising, the lumascape and ad tech
What We Offer
At GumGum, competitive base pay is a part of a total rewards package which also includes benefits, an emphasis on recognition, development, and wellness. The reasonable estimated pay range for this role is from $93,000 - $111,500 annually. The actual amount may be higher or lower. Individual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, work location, and labor market conditions.
