Overview
We are a well-established legal media firm seeking in-person testimony capture technicians, also known as digital or electronic court reporters and legal videographers. Location: Tallahassee, Florida area. Training and equipment are provided. The position is currently 50/50, with 50% remote and 50% onsite work.
Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually at various job locations.
- Set up and break down audio/video equipment.
- Record high-quality audio and video during legal proceedings.
- Upload media files and worksheets promptly.
- Provide technical assistance to our clients.

Requirements
- Availability: Must be available at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) from Monday to Friday.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle for traveling to different job locations daily (mileage outside of standard coverage area is reimbursed).
- Home Workspace: Quiet home workspace to conduct business without interruptions.
- Basic IT or A/V Experience: Some experience in IT or audio/video fields is preferred but not required.
