We’re looking for a Senior Designer who brings craft, clarity, and energy to the biggest brand stages—from high-visibility executive keynotes to brand-defining video storytelling and unforgettable event moments. In this role, you’ll design for T-Mobile’s most visible touchpoints, ensuring every presentation, motion sequence, and brand visual is on point, on brand, and impossible to ignore.
You know how to take a creative concept and bring it to life across formats—combining a mastery of layout, typography, and composition with the ability to make brand narratives visually compelling in keynote presentations, live event screens, and video storytelling.
As part of T-Studios, you’ll work side-by-side with creative directors, art directors, video creative directors, copywriters, and producers to bring ideas to life, guide execution, and ensure consistency across every channel. You’ll mentor junior designers, lead design phases on key initiatives, and set the bar for craft in presentation and video design.
This is a hands-on, high-velocity, collaborative role. You’ll bring a point of view, roll up your sleeves, and create work that makes T-Mobile shine in moments that matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Design across keynote presentations, brand-defining moments, and video storytelling, ensuring alignment with T-Mobile’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with creative leads and video creative directors to translate concepts into high-impact visual narratives for motion, live-action, and presentation formats.
- Create design systems, visual frameworks, and toolkits for large-scale events and video productions.
- Elevate executive keynotes through layout, motion integration, and brand storytelling that resonate with internal and external audiences.
- Partner with writers, editors, and producers to develop cohesive visual and narrative experiences.
- Mentor junior designers, offering feedback, guidance, and inspiration.
- Build presentation decks, motion boards, and production-ready assets for use across platforms.
- Present work to senior creatives and cross-functional partners with clarity and rationale.
- Ensure all output is on-brand, polished, and production-ready.
- Stay current on creative trends, presentation design techniques, motion design, and evolving creative tools—including AI and automation.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7 years of design experience in agency, in-house, or brand environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, campaign design, and cross-platform execution—with examples of work for executive communications or event storytelling.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint), with motion/video tools a plus.
- Experience designing for live events, video formats, and multi-channel brand moments.
- A deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and image composition—plus how to adapt them to motion and presentation contexts.
- Comfort working on multiple high-visibility projects at once and adapting quickly when priorities shift.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity around AI, automation, and evolving design workflows.
- A high bar for craft—and the hustle to hit it under pressure.
