Manager in Digital Supply Chain - Prime Video, Central Operations Team. We are pioneering a new generation of digital supply chain at speed to accelerate market position and global reach. We are looking for a leader who can build strategic partnerships, influence global content publication, and drive process innovation in a complex environment with business and technical aspects. The role includes leading a team and collaborating with global cross-functional partners from partner management and operations in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.

Key job responsibilities include hiring and developing talent, owning regional publishing performance metrics, and driving operational efficiency by advocating for and delivering operational performance and enabling automation.

About the team: Our mission is to make available to Prime Video customers the largest and highest quality catalog of video content worldwide, with a friction-free self-service delivery experience for studios of all sizes, budgets, locations, languages, and technical capabilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous supervisory experience, including hiring, developing, and leading teams with 3+ direct reports.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate skills utilizing Excel for data tracking and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to stakeholders and leadership as required.
  • Strong verbal/written communication in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Digital Supply Chain, Digital Publishing, Supply Chain/Operational Management, or business development at a medium to large global organization.
  • Advanced skills with Excel and Access (or similar database), including data visualization, basic formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data.
