Impinj is seeking a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead technical content strategy and execution for our market-leading RFID products, technologies, and solutions. This is a senior-level role requiring a seasoned marketing professional with proven expertise in translating complex technologies into high-impact content that resonates with executives, partners, and customers across industries. This individual will serve as head of content marketing, leading the company’s overall content strategy. They will own the planning, creation, approval, and rollout of content for the company’s portfolio of market-leading RAIN RFID products, technologies, and solutions built in collaboration with our ecosystem partners. They will shape technical messaging, develop go-to-market narratives, and translate complex technologies into clear, audience-relevant content by blending technical writing proficiency with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. Through close collaboration with product management, sales, corporate marketing, and executive leadership, this leader will ensure consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of semiconductors, IoT, and wireless technologies, and is highly skilled at creating content that elevates market awareness, educates partners and customers, and accelerates adoption of our RAIN IoT solutions. What You Will Do

Own technical content strategy across Impinj’s product portfolio, aligning with business goals and market opportunities to position Impinj as a technology leader in RAIN RFID and IoT Oversee the creation of strategic content for product and solution launches, such as solution briefs, whitepapers, technical blogs, web copy, launch messaging, presentations, and sales enablement assets – including support for blue-ocean initiatives that require clear messaging and market education Translate complex product capabilities into differentiated value propositions that resonate with customers, partners, key industry audiences and C-level executives in the wireless, telecom, and IoT sectors Lead cross-functional messaging development across product management, sales, corporate marketing, and partners to ensure unified positioning and market alignment Develop scalable technical sales enablement tools, presentations, battlecards, video scripts, guided demos, and product training to drive customer adoption and retention Drive thought leadership initiatives that highlight Impinj’s technology innovation and market leadership in RAIN RFID Shape executive communications, covering keynote presentations, internal narratives, and technical messaging that align leadership voice with the company’s brand and market strategy What You Will Bring

12+ years of experience in technical product marketing, content development, messaging for technical products, with a strong emphasis on translating complex technologies into clear, compelling narratives for B2B audiences Ability to create content for semiconductor, IoT, and wireless technologies, as well as translate our value proposition on emerging products in a way that highlights business value Strong track record in content strategy development that drives product adoption and positions companies as industry leaders Expertise in building messaging frameworks for product launches, go-to-market campaigns, and partner initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead content planning—mapping out long-term content strategy, managing creation processes, and ensuring quality, tone, and brand alignment Deep experience collaborating with product management, sales, and executives to align content with business objectives Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills that elevate complex technical narratives into compelling, executive-ready communications Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business needs Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study such as electrical engineering, or equivalent experience Benefits & Equity

The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work. The typical base pay range for this role across the US is

$141,800 - $212,700 . Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
