Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective music lessons to students across various age groups and skill levels.
• Develop positive relationships with students and parents through consistent communication, goal-setting, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with store teams to effectively schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
• Share your musical expertise to inspire and nurture the growth of your students.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in music teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching certifications or memberships.
• 8+ years of teaching experience, especially across multiple instruments such as banjo, cello, guitar, piano, saxophone, and voice.

The pay rate for this position is $15.49/hr Non-Teaching Rate + $12-30/hr Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.
