Our flagship initiative, The Paradise Project, is a seven-part art installation series exploring humanity’s shared origin and promoting interfaith understanding, environmental justice, and the healing of childhood trauma.
We are seeking a skilled Wikipedia Publishing & Formatting Volunteer to help us bring three fully drafted Wikipedia pages to live status. These pages highlight Think Round, Inc., Think Round Fine Arts, and Founder/Executive Director Heidi Hardin.
Role OverviewWe have complete draft content in our Wikipedia sandbox. Now we need an experienced Wikipedian to publish these pages live and ensure they meet all Wikipedia standards for notability, formatting, citations, and style.
Key Duties-
Review the draft pages in the Wikipedia sandbox and make necessary adjustments for compliance with Wikipedia guidelines.
Format content according to Wikipedia’s Manual of Style (sections, headings, infoboxes, references, categories).
Verify and properly format all citations and references to ensure they meet Wikipedia’s sourcing requirements.
Publish the three pages to live status on Wikipedia.
Provide a brief guide or checklist for our team so we can maintain these pages in the future.

Required: Prior experience publishing and formatting Wikipedia pages (please share live page examples).
Familiarity with Wikipedia’s notability and verifiability requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills for coordinating with our team remotely.

Estimated 5-10 hours total over 1-2 weeks.
Flexible schedule; remote work is fine.
By publishing these pages, you’ll help our nonprofit’s history, programs, and impact reach a global audience, improving visibility for our mission and helping us connect with partners, donors, and communities worldwide.
