Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver CRM tools and the functionality that will enable us to better serve our customers, optimise our operations, and contribute to achieving our Profit Objective and other strategic commercial objectives.
  • Maintain and optimise digital platforms such as Salesforce, Eloqua, ShowPad, and ShowPad Coach to support marketing, and sales and training initiatives.
  • Product Complaints & Claims: Manage workflows through Salesforce including management reporting on status flow to ensure a smooth End-to-End Complaints Management process that enables us to track the progress of complaints and keep our customers informed throughout the process.
  • Align CRM system to capture and report on the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions strategic priorities/KPIs.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Plan, execute and analyse customer data, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) to identify trends and opportunities for improving engagement and satisfaction.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide actionable insights and dashboards in coordination with South Africa Sales Effectiveness Lead to support sales processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and customer experience metrics using Eloqua, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
  • Generate monthly management reports to track top and bottom-line delivery.
  • Data Quality & Reporting: Ensure accurate commercial data management and storage on internal tools (e.g. PanTab order capturing tool, SharePoint dashboards, PowerBI reports and other internal platforms).
  • Training & Onboarding: Coordinate and deliver training for internal and external stakeholders on CRM tools and digital systems.
  • Close collaboration with Sales & Marketing to ensure relevant and updated digital platforms and information flow is available to enable commercial delivery.
Key Stakeholders and Interactions

Working with the Category Marketing Manager, Marketing Communication Manager, Agronomy Manager, Area Sales Managers, EMEA and AME CRM Product Owners, SAF Seed Sales Effectiveness Lead and various external agencies and suppliers requires not only being technically skilled, but also the ability to forge relationships. These are critical skills for the job.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a marketing, Brand Management and/or CRM-related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven Change Management capability and stakeholder influencing.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and conversational command of Afrikaans language would be advantageous.
  • Valid drivers license.
