Overview
This is a Full Time position in the field of Live Broadcast / Sports / TV News / Technical Operations, located in San Francisco, CA.
The position pays $75,000.00 — $85,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
- Record / Ingest Content into servers
- Set up live shots for newscasts/shows
- Quality control video and audio signals for live productions
- Monitor and fulfill media ingest requests
- Monitor/Manage archive workflows
- Monitor/Manage server storage space
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience
Basic Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, certificate or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in multi-media, video, sound-music, television production environment & projects
- Fundamental understanding of Audio/Video signal flow
- Basic time management skills working under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, and messaging
- Working knowledge of video/audio file formats
- Basic video editing a plus
Additional Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Must be 18 years or greater
- Must have ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

- Self-starter, capable of managing tasks efficiently, able to self-manage with a vested attitude
- Position requires a cool, level-headed individual who works well under the pressures of “live” television
- Must be available to work flexible hours, which will include nights and weekends
- Ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure
