Content Project Manager
Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to help scale Sage’s content operations and ensure the smooth delivery of strategic content initiatives across North America. As a key member of Sage’s global content marketing team, you’ll support the execution of integrated content campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand for Sage Intacct and other core products. Working from our Atlanta hub, including our brand-new Customer Discovery Centre at Ponce City Market, you’ll be at the center of a high-performing, cross-functional content team that spans Brand, Industry, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing stakeholders.
You’ll take ownership of budgets, timelines, workflows, and resources to keep our content initiatives moving efficiently and at a high standard. From thought leadership campaigns to micro-vertical content tracks and multimedia projects, you’ll ensure everything stays on brief, on brand, and on time. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that requires someone who’s comfortable managing multiple moving parts, solving problems quickly, and fostering clear communication across teams. Your work will directly support our ability to scale smart, audience-first content at speed.
Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week in our Atlanta office.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, task assignments, and production workflows for content campaigns and deliverables.
- Coordinate across content creators, strategists, designers, videographers, and external partners.
- Run regular project status meetings and maintain clear documentation of deliverables and dependencies.
- Anticipate and flag risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Maintain editorial calendars and support campaign planning in alignment with marketing objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across brand, industry marketing, and performance marketing to align execution with strategy.
What you’ll bring
- 3–6 years of experience in project management or content/creative operations, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-functional contributors in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Experience supporting content teams or creative production preferred.
