Job Overview: We're looking for a strategic, results-driven learning leader to establish and drive end-to-end external partner and advertiser education programs. This person will be instrumental in accelerating adoption, improving partner capabilities, and building integrated learning journeys across key enterprise clients and agency/tech partners internationally. This role will partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive measurable business impact through education.

Key job responsibilities Strategy & Planning •Develop and own the global learning strategy across different audience levels and stakeholder types •Build comprehensive learning paths incorporating online, offline, and certification programs •Drive personalized learning experiences to engage multiple decision-makers across target accounts •Segment and prioritize educational needs based on partner businesses, enterprise needs, market demands, and strategic alignment Execution & Orchestration •Lead the design and development of creative, learner-centered training materials across multiple modalities •Collaborate cross-functionally to build consistent and effective AI-driven learning experiences •Oversee creation of learning content, assessment methods, and certification programs •Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) implementation Insights & Optimization •Track and measure learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and ROI •Use data to continuously improve learning programs and content •Serve as a voice of partners/learners internally to inform product education solutions Success Metrics: •Demonstrated improvement in partner/advertiser capability and performance •High learner satisfaction and program completion rates •Scalable global education programs that drive business results •Strong partnerships with sales, marketing, and product teams BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 10+ years of team management experience - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience managing teams - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience leading across multiple locales - •Proven experience developing and scaling strategic learning programs that drive measurable impact - •Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies - •Experience working with learning technologies and platforms - •Highly analytical with a bias for action and innovation, including AI - •Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills - •Experience with learning platforms, LMS systems, and content development tools - •Experience working with and understanding global markets and nuances

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
