How You Will Make an Impact
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer affiliate marketing campaigns. Coordinate with micro influencers to ensure smooth execution and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Influencer Discovery: Identify influencers and content creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Influencer Management: Support the recruitment and relationship management of micro influencers. Maintain clear and effective communication with influencers to facilitate successful partnerships.
- Influencer Manager Support: Provide support to the Influencer Manager, including preparing monthly briefs, presentations and managing documentation related to influencer campaigns.
- Senior Social Media Manager Support: Provide support to the Senior Social Media manager and broader social team with tasks such as platform scheduling & programming across brands.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams such as creative, paid digital and brand managers to build relevant influencer campaigns.
- Support the social media team with social platform scheduling across brands as needed.
- Ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and product messaging with user generated content.

What You Bring to the Table
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Basic understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as working independently on projects
