What you will do: The Distribution Marketing Manger is responsibility for managing marketing activities for the Security Products business at Distribution Channels in North America. This individual will provide the marketing expertise to create and execute marketing programs to increase share of wallet and expand channels and customer influence. The Distribution Marketing Manager will maximize program return-on-investment by managing to measurable performance in digital and traditional marketing plans How you will do it: Lead efforts to drive our marketing strategy and brand activations through distribution partners

Develop, implement and execute a formalized program with distributors, including proactive collaboration with Channel Sales teams at JCI

Provide marketing support to all distributors in North America, growing their business and serve as point of contact for all distributor marketing efforts

Collaborate closely with product marketing teams to successfully launch and drive demand for key products through distribution partners

Support internal stakeholders across functions by developing marketing strategies and materials to evangelize marketing campaigns through distribution

Develop a network of close relationships with top distribution partners, including recurring touchpoint calls (weekly/monthly)

Serve as the subject matter expert on the needs/pain points of distribution partners

Manage co-op and MDF budgets, working with design team to develop assets including print, digital and video assets for in-store retail marketing efforts, email broadcast promotions, printed brochures and online maintenance of existing JCI Brand Pages with key partners

Establish best practices to be adopted across geographic regions

What we look for: Required Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or business or equivalent combined education and experience.

Advanced experience in multi-channel marketing.

Experience developing external relationships with marketing and sales executives with ability to influence decision making to drive initiatives forward.

Ability to think critically and systemically to develop effective strategies and achieve accountable business results.

Self-starter mentality with a positive attitude to make a difference each day.

Adapt to changes in business, customer, and consumer needs.

Must be able to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment to effectively balance business, and functional priorities for win-win results.

Excellent English language communications skills - written and verbal.

Ability to make decisions based on rigorous analysis of factual information.

Preferred security products experience - ACVS or Intrusion

Salesforce, Pardot and or Hootsuite experience

This will be a hybrid position at either our Glendale, WI, Boca Raton, FL, Westford, MA or Orem, UT office. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000 -$115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
