Manager of Business Development and Marketing with Litigation Expertise
to become a vital part of our expanding team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate across our major offices, contributing to innovative litigation strategies and impactful advocacy efforts. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement strategic business development and marketing initiatives that drive results. Craft persuasive pitches, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to prospective clients. Oversee management of our website, bios, practice descriptions, and client-facing materials to ensure high-quality representation. Conduct thorough market research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategies. Lead the preparation and submission of materials for recognized directories and awards such as Chambers and Legal 500. Foster seamless lateral integration and support firmwide events to enhance team collaboration. Administer CRM systems, generating insightful reports to help track progress and influence decision-making. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm setting, preferably with a focus on litigation. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities. Hands-on experience with CRM software, with a preference for InterAction. Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. A proactive, team-oriented self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment.
