Position Purpose: The Director of Digital Marketing Strategy and Engagement is a visionary leader focused on creating and managing multichannel initiatives that connect our brand with key stakeholders at various stages of their journey. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, inspiring and mentoring a talented team in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Drive the development of innovative initiatives that support enduring digital strategies, including social media, web content, and database marketing. Lead a dedicated team of five professionals in digital, social, and database marketing. Craft and implement comprehensive digital communications and social media strategies, including audience engagement, content creation, and distribution across various platforms. Ensure proper management and optimization of our digital and social platforms in line with brand guidelines. Formulate and oversee a strong strategy for both paid and organic content that is engaging and aligns with our business objectives. Supervise the creation and ongoing maintenance of websites, focusing on content, accessibility, design, and performance. Work in collaboration with IT to enhance user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) in accordance with the company's branding goals. Conduct regular audits to uncover optimization opportunities in content, navigation, SEO, and user flow. Develop and manage an enterprise video strategy. Direct the strategy, content, and execution of email and text campaigns. Optimize databases for personalized communication, leveraging segmentation, targeting, and automation to enhance engagement and drive conversions. Identify and manage relationships with digital experts, platform representatives, and influencers. Oversee the preparation of competitive intelligence reports, analysis reports, and reputation dashboards. Stay updated on trends, social platforms, and developments within the industry. Education/Experience: 10+ years in Communications, Marketing, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven expertise in digital/social media, analytics, and digital marketing. Technical Skills: Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Technical SEO, UI/UX Design, SEM/GA360, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud. Pay Range:

$116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, a 401K plan, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off plus holidays, and flexible work arrangements including remote, hybrid, field, or office-based schedules. Actual pay will depend on individual skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives, with benefits subject to program eligibility.
