Our A&D studio features premium and luxury porcelain tiles and slabs, mosaics, and wood flooring designed and produced by Italy's top brands for commercial and high-end residential projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design and Sales Associate - Luxury Kitchens and Tiles, located in San Diego, CA. The Design and Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their luxury kitchen and tile needs, providing design recommendations, processing sales transactions, and building lasting relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include client consultations and visits, preparing design proposals, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring customer satisfaction with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong design skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Sales experience, customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Knowledge of luxury kitchen and tile products
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the architecture and design industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
