HUMAN Security is seeking a creative and strategic Vice President of Brand Strategy and Communications to lead the team responsible for storytelling, reputation, and voice in the market. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created leadership role will shape how the world sees, understands, and connects with HUMAN. From defining our brand platform to amplifying our voice through compelling content, media, and executive thought leadership, this is a high-impact opportunity to champion the mission behind our technology and the humans behind our mission. You’ll lead a team spanning Brand, Communications, and Content, ensuring our narrative is consistent, our values are visible, and our voice is unmistakably HUMAN across every channel. Base pay range $210,000.00 / yr - $245,000.00 / yr Responsibilities

Own and evolve HUMAN’s brand strategy and expression across visual identity, messaging architecture, and tone of voice, ensuring alignment with company vision, product positioning, and customer experience. Lead Corporate Communications and PR strategy, including media relations, executive visibility, industry thought leadership, and crisis communications. Manage agency partnerships, including creative, PR, and content partners, ensuring alignment on brand strategy, quality of execution, and measurable outcomes. Oversee content strategy and development, partnering with product marketing, sales, and executives to produce high-quality assets across blog, video, social, newsletters, and long-form formats (e.g., whitepapers, customer stories, research reports). Develop and execute a strategic social media and owned media presence that builds awareness, trust, and engagement across key audiences. Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and People teams to ensure brand integrity across touchpoints, from events and campaigns to recruiting and internal communications. Own the HUMAN speaker bench and lead executive communication efforts, including keynote narratives, thought leadership platforms, and internal storytelling. Own the HUMAN brand strategy as well for sub-brands Satori Threat Intelligence & Research Team, and The Human Collective. Establish and track brand health, share of voice, media impact, and content performance through data-informed KPIs and regular reporting. Build and lead a high-performing team, setting clear goals, fostering creativity and collaboration, and mentoring future brand and communications leaders. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in brand, communications, or content leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing teams in high-growth B2B tech, media or cybersecurity environments. Deep expertise in brand development, corporate narrative, and multi-channel content strategy. Experience running external communications and PR including managing agencies, media relationships, and executive visibility programs. Strategic thinker with a strong editorial eye and storytelling instincts. Collaborative, empathetic leader with a track record of building trust across marketing, sales, product, and executive teams. Comfortable switching between vision-setting and execution and capable of leading a rebrand or editing a headline as needed. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong point of view on marketing technology best practices, including experience evaluating, implementing, and evolving brand and content tech stacks (e.g., CMS, DAM, social publishing, analytics). Data-fluent: knows how to translate qualitative brand goals into measurable impact. Desired Skills

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, adtech, or enterprise software preferred. Prior experience working in a high-growth or late-stage startup environment. About HUMAN Security
