Director of Sales and Marketing - Conrad Los Angeles. Located in Downtown LA, Conrad Los Angeles is a luxury destination with 300+ rooms, a world-class spa, rooftop pool deck, event space, and multiple dining experiences. This role reports to Hiltons Commercial Services organization and is focused on overseeing commercial strategies for the hotel to improve performance by connecting strategy and business processes. What will I be doing?

Design, develop, and deploy business strategies that are creative, dynamic, and impactful for the Americas and lead the Hotel Sales and Marketing process. Move business analytics, processes, and cadence of activities toward a predictive and prescriptive approach to drive performance. Develop and communicate commercial strategies and standards through a structured cadence and analysis of revenue performance against goals. Facilitate delivery of the Americas Commercial Operating Model; possess strong leadership, communication, and networking skills. Create and manage the hotels Annual Multi-Year Commercial Strategy Plan in partnership with on-property leaders and regional support. Connect hotel performance needs with Hilton enterprise solutions; set strategy and delivery for hotel revenues (group rooms, banquets, catering, business and leisure transient). Ensure Business Review Guidelines and Group Pricing & Rate Quotation Strategies maximize pricing components for sales and catering opportunities and achieve positive group market share. Support B2B marketing, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and communications; guide e-Commerce to ensure accurate online content. Develop and review revenue forecasts, business mix, and pricing strategies; approve retail and group pricing. Collaborate with executive leadership to maximize profits in line with GOP and EBITDA targets. Develop and maintain departmental expense budgets and forecasts. Maintain real-time knowledge of competitor and market activity. Execute the Sales and Catering Sales annual SIP (Sales Incentive Program). Leadership

Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly Sales & Marketing Optimization Processes; translate outcomes into actionable business strategies. Contribute to annual Commercial Cadence communication on performance drivers. Ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards and corporate identity; utilize communication tools. Recruitment and retention of all sales and marketing roles; coach and develop team members with Performance Development Plans. Conduct performance reviews for direct and dotted-line reports; include groups such as Group Sales, Business Transient Sales, Leisure Sales, Catering Sales, and Marketing. Foster a culture aligned with Hiltons DEI and ESG goals. Ownership, Customer, and Stakeholder Relations

Own performance and commercial activity reporting for each hotel and communicate status and response plans. Present commercial strategies to key business partners and ownership groups with transparency and timeliness. Liaise with Hilton Worldwide Sales, regional support and brand teams; build relationships with CVBs, community influencers, and 3rd party partners. Engage with customers across sales segments; support site visits and pre-convention meetings; support sales travel to feeder markets. What are we looking for?

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 to $195,000 and is based on applicable experience and location.
